Crescent Beach is a quiet peninsula community tucked behind the sand spit that separates Mud Bay from the Strait of Georgia — a place that still feels like a coastal village despite being part of greater South Surrey. The neighbourhood centres on McBride Avenue, the main residential street running the length of the peninsula, and the small cluster of local shops and the community hall near the beach access. The housing stock in Crescent Beach is among the most varied in the White Rock service area.
